Joshua H. Sisam


Mr. Sisam has substantial experience representing individuals and business entities in complex civil matters including, torts, contracts, real estate, securities, investments, insurance, and employment and labor matters. Mr. Sisam also has substantial first chair litigation experience in complex civil litigation representing individual and companies relating to securities, investment recovery, contracts, property disputes, banking, lending and deceptive trade practices. 

In 2018, Mr. Sisam obtained one of the top 25 jury trial awards in the state of Texas representing a manufacturing company. Mr. Sisam is in a select number of lawyers who have successfully represented clients in shareholder derivative actions in both Federal Court and arbitration.  Mr. Sisam successfully represented over 1,000 oil and gas investors in both state and federal courts and in arbitration. Mr. Sisam has also represented over 150 investors (owners) of large commercial and residential real estate complexes in both securities cases and arbitration with the properties ranging up to over half a million square feet for a single office complex.

Mr. Sisam has successfully represented well over 1,000 individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies in meditation and arbitration. The firm’s and Mr. Sisam’s clients have also included, financial institutions, lawyers and former judges.

Mr. Sisam graduated from the Metropolitan State University, Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2006, with a degree in business and entrepreneurship. University of St. Mary’s School of Law – San Antonio in 2011 with his J.D. (law) degree. He is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Minnesota.
